Community Coaching services are provided to individuals who need extra supports in their community. Community Coaching is a one to one service, so each person gets the attention and supports they need.  In Community Coaching, we still work on helping people with community integration and building relationships, but we also provide focused supports that address specific barriers to full integration into either small group settings such as Community Engagement, or integration into the larger community.
